We stand behind Breath Buddy™ with a straightforward, no-hassle guarantee. This page explains how it works.

1. How the Guarantee Works

• The guarantee runs for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
• Because Breath Buddy™ is a consumable product, we don't require you to return the tub — your refund isn't conditional on sending anything back to us.
• To request a refund, simply email us at admin@qwinkshop.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement once we process it.
• The guarantee applies once per customer/household per order. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show a pattern of misuse.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at admin@qwinkshop.com with your order number and a photo where possible, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

3. Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at admin@qwinkshop.com. We dispatch orders quickly (usually within 24 hours), so we can only cancel or amend orders that haven't already been sent out.

4. Your Consumer Law Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, and you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, along with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage — and to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
