My Chihuahua need a new bed to replace damaged one. This one comes with compressed package and fully released 24 hours after open. It has a base to prevent wet and the fiber is super soft. Grey color is much easier for caring not like white and pink. My dog like it and sleep very well on it, although it looks a little big for her...lol
My dog gives this bed 5-stars every night as he climbs into it! We got it for him when he was 4 months old and he has willingly gone into his crate ever since!I was surprised at how compacted it was on arrival, but it definitely opened up and filled out once the packaging was removed. Haha! I didn’t even hardly finish opening it and my dog was climbing onto it like he knew I had purchased it for him!Beautiful and fluffy! Our dog is bathed weekly but it doesn’t smell doggy yet after four weeks of use. I haven’t tried removing the cover to wash yet.

I purchase new beds consistently for our dog. If she does not like the bed I have purchase she moved it to the middle of yard and tears it apart.I do not know why, but this bed does not get moved and she loves it.I new one arrived yesterday, and she has not moved except to eat.

I bought it because he'd been sleeping on a sheepskin for a while & had taken to tearing chunks out of it: this made a ghastly mess in the house & choked the vacuum cleaner! I hoped he would stop this behaviour. He gave me a dirty look when I took the sheepskin away , but he did lie on it...The next day he was like a new dog! (he's nearly 15) . Follow the First 14 Nights guide, then keep the bed in their usual spot until night 30. If your dog still won't sleep in it, email admin@qwinkshop.com between night 31 and 45 with your order number and a photo or short video of the bed where she sleeps. We'll refund the price of the bed to your original payment method. You keep the bed, and there's nothing to post back.
One claim per household. This promise is extra to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and doesn't limit them. If your bed is faulty, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of this promise.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Measure your dog in their usual resting position and allow space to turn and stretch. Small is 60 cm, Medium 80 cm and Large 100 cm across the outside. The raised rim reduces the usable sleeping space. Breed and weight suggestions are only rough guides; dogs of the same breed can need different sizes. If your dog stretches out fully or needs more room than our largest size provides, choose another size or bed style that fits them.

Seams and zip, under normal use, for 12 months from delivery. It doesn't cover chewing, digging or heat damage from a tumble dryer. Email us your order number and photos of the fault, and we'll replace the bed or refund it. There's nothing to post back unless we ask, and if we do, we cover the postage.
There is no set timetable, and no bed can guarantee that every dog will use it. The First 14 Nights Settling Guide gives you gentle steps for choosing a spot and introducing the bed, plus a tracker. Follow it and keep the bed in their usual spot until night 30. If your dog still will not sleep in it, you can claim under the Last Bed Promise on nights 31–45, subject to its terms.
